Kuala Lumpur, 24 June 2023 (WAI): The Pakistan High Commission in Malaysia organized a high-end networking event to introduce Malaysian consumers to Pakistani beef, mango, and rice. The event, attended by representatives from supermarkets, fruit and vegetable importers, and esteemed Malaysian government officials, exhibited the vast diversity and exceptional quality of Pakistan’s agro-based products.
The networking dinner acted as a venue to highlight the potential of Pakistani agricultural exports and promote bilateral commercial prospects between Pakistan and Malaysia under the direction of the High Commissioner of Pakistan, Muhammad Adil.
Cd’A Muhammad Adil gave a briefing to the attendees, highlighting the competitive advantages of Pakistani agro-based products and inviting Malaysian businesses to join the First Pakistan International Food and Agri Exhibition.
The First Pakistan International Food and Agri Exhibition will be held in Karachi, Pakistan, on August 11-12, 2023. Due to the display, international businesses will have a wide range of opportunities to explore potential markets, forge successful alliances, and acquire insightful information about Pakistan’s growing agriculture industry.
The exhibition encourages interaction, sharing of expertise, and sustainable farming practices through various activities, including product showcases, networking events, and expert panels.
Malaysian industry leaders were blown away by the quality and variety of Pakistani agro-based products at the networking dinner. In his speech, Muhammad Adil noted that Pakistan has abundant territory, excellent climatic conditions, and a strong agricultural tradition, allowing the country to produce some of the world’s best cattle, mango, and rice.
