Minsk, 13 October 2023 (WAI): In a ground-breaking development, Pakistan and Belarus have ratified the Agreement on the Abolition of Visas for Diplomatic and Official Passport Holders. The news was officially announced by Sajjad Haider Khan, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Belarus, after unanimous approval by the Belarusian parliament.

Sergei Aleinik, Foreign Minister of Belarus, visited Pakistan for two days on March 30, 2023. During his stay, he had constructive conversations with Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister.

During the meeting, both nations signed the Agreement on Visa Abolition for Holders of Diplomatic and Official Passports between Pakistan and Belarus.
