Pakistan stands in solidarity with Kashmir on Kashmir Black Day

Islamabad, 27 October 2023 (WAI): Pakistan observed Kashmir Black Day on October 27 to show solidarity with the people of Kashmir and their fight for independence. In a strong statement, Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry echoed the UN’s principles and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to ending the long-standing occupation in the region.

Pakistan’s heart beats in rhythm with the people of Kashmir, who have experienced the pains and sufferings of occupation for far too long. This mournful anniversary, known as Kashmir Black Day, is a painful reminder of the Kashmiri brothers and sisters’ struggle for justice, freedom, and peace.
