Islamabad, 17 October 2023 (WAI): The Government of Pakistan has taken prompt and humane action in response to the worsening crisis in the Gaza Strip, delivering humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza suffering from the effects of Israeli assault and a protracted siege. The already struggling populace of this densely populated region requires quick support, and Pakistan has stepped up to offer its assistance.
The Government of Pakistan has decided to send humanitarian supplies in response to the unfortunate and heartbreaking situation in Gaza. Pakistan has a long-standing commitment to supporting the Palestinian people, especially during their most trying circumstances, and this choice reflects that dedication.
The Government of Pakistan is actively coordinating with several organizations, including the Government of Egypt, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, pertinent United Nations organizations, and Pakistan Missions abroad. These coordinated efforts aim to finalize the details of providing much-needed humanitarian aid to Gaza.
This project exemplifies Pakistan’s constant commitment to the values of humanity, compassion, and international cooperation. The relief assistance will address the critical needs of the Palestinian brothers and sisters in Gaza, such as providing essential medical supplies, food, clean water, housing, and help to vulnerable people.

Pakistan reiterates its support for the two-state solution and urges a peaceful end to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The Government demands an immediate end to hostilities to stop further suffering and vehemently opposes using force without cause.
