Pakistan Embassy and ICMPD Collaborate for Socioeconomic Integration

Baku, 20 July 2023 (WAI): In a proactive effort to expand bilateral connections and create inclusive socioeconomic development, Pakistan Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Bilal Hayee, received a delegation from the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) led by the Director, Saltanat Mammadova.

The high-level discussion at the Pakistan Embassy in Azerbaijan focused on developing new techniques for integrating migrant workers, refugees, and students into Azerbaijan’s national economy.

During the meeting, Ambassador Bilal Hayee and Director Saltanat Mammadova engaged in cordial conversations that emphasized both nations’ shared objective of creating an enabling environment for migrants and refugees, allowing them to contribute fully to Azerbaijan’s vibrant economic landscape.
